Helmet manufacturers are constantly looking to produce a helmet that using the best technology to give the rider the best money can buy and Stealth are no exception.
The HD117 All Carbon helmet has a strong carbon fibre outer shell with a dual density EPS liner that not only enhances protection but improves the fit.
These two features alone help produce a helmet with a weight of 1200g +/- 50 for a size medium.
One the outside of the helmet you have chin and top vents to help keep you cool and assist in keeping the visor fog free. A large exit vent on the rear helps draw the fresh air through the helmet ensuring the air inside is always fresh.
The visor has a “no fuss” release mechanism enabling the rider to remove the visor quickly and easily for cleaning.
Moving to the inside you continue to see the quality of manufacture as the interior is lined with Coolmax fabric that helps move moisture away from the head, keeping the rider cool and comfortable. As with all high end helmets the interior is removable to aid cleaning.
When riding you motorcycle you will always experience the times when the sun is low in the sky but with the drop down sun-visor this will now never impede your riding. Simple to operate, even when wearing thick winter gloves, there is drop down button as well as a separate spring loaded button that retracts the visor away.
The fastening is a double D ring with a quick release tab and “anti-flap” press stud fitted.
