Better BargainBikerBrands Delivery Options
We’re pleased to say you can now get better service and delivery options via our new shipping partner, DPD. We believe in offering great, reliable service, and that includes the companies we use to get your kit to you as quickly and effectively as possible.
If you are a UK customer, and you include your mobile number when you’re making a purchase, you’ll be able to:
- Benefit from 1 Hour delivery slots. No need to wait all day for a parcel.
- Text Message detailing the delivery time to within an hour.
- Use the same text message if you need to reschedule delivery, or have an item delivered to a safe place or even a neighbour
- Be able to view a map showing the location of the Delivery Van and it’s exact status en route
- DPD also provide the name of the Driver for that personal touch, and to make it easier to track where your lid, jacket, gloves or other purchases are!
If you haven’t heard the name DPD before, you can check out more details on all their services on their website. But they’re well-established with 6,700 staff, 45 UK local depots, and 3,535 vehicles. Plus a national customer service centre with 200 agents.
