All items are despatched to your home or work address using Royal Mail or Royal Mail ParcelForce – depending on size and value – within two working days once payment has been received. We always endeavour to send items out free of carriage but due to the charges we incur this is not always possible.
If your shopping basket is over £10 then we will send the goods to you in the UK FREE OF CHARGE using Royal Mail 2nd class but if you spend £25 or more we will use Royal Mail Parcel Force tracked or Royal Mail Recorded delivery to any UK mainland destination FREE OF CHARGE.
All helmets are sent Royal Mail Parcel Force Next Working Day Tracked to any UK Mainland destination FREE OF CHARGE and if you supply your mobile number when placing the order you will receive a text message giving you a 90 minute delivery window so you no longer have to stay in all day waiting for your parcel.
If you are buying outside the UK then we always try and keep the charges to the minimum using the Royal Mail or Royal Mail ParcelForce.
